Daria Podemska – a visual artist and interior stylist, graduate of Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań, Faculty of Art Education in the Field of Visual Arts. She has always been closely connected with culture and art. For many years, she lived in Canada, where she ran her own art studio – Art Studio D. She is a member of the Polish Artists Association of Canada.
Although her artistic journey has included various forms of expression – such as ceramics, photography, and design – painting has become her primary medium of expression. She mainly creates abstract works that invite reflection on the place of human beings in the universe. Cubist forms, often present in her art, reference the world of cybernetics and technology, creating a dialogue between tradition and modernity.
Daria Podemska’s works have been exhibited both in Poland and abroad. Thanks to her collaboration with the Paris-based Singulart gallery and London’s Saatchi Gallery, her pieces have become part of private collections in Canada, the USA, Japan, Poland, Italy, Germany, Mexico, Spain, Taiwan, and Portugal.
